Your wedding Package can be customized based on your location in Delhi NCR or a destination weddings, anywhere around the world. The basic pack includes coverage of your main wedding ceremony by Two sets of photographers and cinematographers. You get both Candid and conventional styles of photography. The crew size can be added according to your requirement. All packages include High resolution photography and High definition video coverage and editing. You get a selection of photographs on a dvd. Also you get a well edited shorter and longer version of video coverage on a Blu ray disc / dvd /or your own hard disc. Also, sooner you decide and confirm, more you save. Working out the package cost is very simple. Just let us know the details of your function and we will take care of the rest.

TIME LINE

 

Listed bellow are the steps involved to help you have a better overall experience

 

Before the events

 

When you decide to go ahead with us, we suggest that you promptly confirm it by extending a booking amount. We generally get booked even more than one year in advance, if you are late, unfortunately we will miss out the chance to capture your beautiful moments. A verbal confirmation is not considered as confirmed and the booking is confirmed only when the advance is received. We accept at least 65 % advance. However you can pay an amount of Rs. 50,000/- initially

 

Two months before the wedding - Make sure that you have paid 65 % advance to avoid cancellation. Also hand over a new hard disc ( minimum 1 TB ) to us so that all your data goes into your hard disc as well besides ours. This ensures a safe back up of you data in case of any mishap. We recommend a seagate hard drive. All your finished films and photographs will also be given to you in this. This ensures that you get the actual High definition data, which is not possible on a dvd. You will get a dvd anyways besides a Blu ray if opted for(additional costs). You are also requested to email us all the addresses and timings along with the flow of all events. Do discuss all the activities, you may have planned during the events. Also give us the phone numbers of the key decision makers, whom we can coordinate with.

 

Within two days from the last event of the wedding, you are requested to clear the remaining 35 % of the total amount. We always give preference to clients, who's accounts are clear while setting up the deadlines.

 

During the events

 

Although they are all very highly experienced, it is never a bad idea to have one of your family members ensure that all the key people are being photographed either by introducing our team to all your key family members or by being present.

 

Couple portraits - Its always good to fix a slot for this between the ceremonies and the same can be discussed. Individual portraits can also be coordinated for the bride and the groom before they get involved with the ceremonies or as discussed. In case, the couple does not get the time or is not too willing to get the photographs clicked we do not insist at that point of time. You are doing so at your own risk of not having such photographs in the album.

 

After the events

 

Good things take time. We set a deadline of at least one month before we can hand over anything to you. However, within a few days or earlier we upload a broad list of photographs from your wedding on a password protected area of our website. You can view, download or share the images with your family and friends. These are not very heavy files for your convenience and you can start picking up photos you want for your wedding.

 

But we do not take ages to complete your project ! We try to hand over everything to you within two or a maximum of three months period.

 

Steps towards the photography Album

 

1. Once you have the low resolution images, which may be downloaded from our website or taken in pen drive from us, you may select the photographs you would like to include in the album. Select only the "group photos" along with "photos of the family and friends". We will take care of the selection of the photographs of the couple along with the immediate family. There may have been several group photographs but you may want to include only a few in the album.

 

Do not overcrowd the album with photographs, so be very selective when you shortlist the photos. Lesser photos mean that they appear bigger in size. We expect that you will shortlist the photographs within a weeks time. Additional number of days that you take in selection will not let us keep the promised deadlines.

 

2. The final album design is shared with you over the email or on your webpages

 

3. You may confirm the layout or ask for the changes or corrections. once you approve the final layout, we send the Book for printing. Your Book does not go for printing unless the accounts are absolutely clear. Kindly note that no changes can be made in the book once it is printed. To ensure that you get the best, your books are printed at Canvera, which is one of the best printers with international standards. In case of any quality issue, which is very unlikely to happen, we certainly take care of your interest.

 

Steps towards the edited Film

 

The time to edit varies a lot depending upon the number of cameras involved. Once the films are done, we pass it on to you in your hard drive / dvds. If you feel something needs to be changed, the same can be incorporated in the next version. Once the Film is ready you are most welcome to preview it at our studio as well. This enables faster changes in your film. However, there are no restrictions or time constrains in this case. You can take your time to decide the changes.

In general there are so many questions and misconceptions related to wedding photography. Get some of those answered below. If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to ask.

 

Q: How many photographers will cover the functions?

Less is more. It is not important to have more number of photographers but the right number of good photographers. Many a times when the number of photographers is too high, you end of seeing more of them then the guests in the pictures.

 

Q: what kind of photography is covered?

Both documentary and candid style of photography is covered together.

 

Q: who all are included in the team?

We have multiple packages and wide range of team but we book one wedding per date so of all our clients get the same importance. Everybody in our team is equal and strives to achieve the same perfection in their work. The photos and videos, that you see on this website belong to the team and not an individual. Mukul is constantly involved in every stage of the process, be it shooting, editing, processing or the fine tuning of the final results. However, as a conscious decision, he do not shoot himself to ensure that everything is directed well and runs smoothly as required.

 

Q: Why is it better to hire the same company to cover the functions of both the bride and the groom.

Not only does it make everything more economical for you, it also improves the overall coordination between different photographers covering the ceremonies. A lot of recordings are common which can be utilized on both the sides. Overall besides better output you save atleast 35% of your hard earned money.

 

Q: How are the savings calculated?

If you book 6 months in advance, you save more. If you book both sides together as well, you have additional savings. This is how it works. The number of months you book in advance, the number of thousands you save. Book 24 months in advance and save 24000. Book 6 months in advance and you save 6000 and so on.

 

Q: what equipment is used?

Although it is the talent of the photographers which matters the most, we use only the best available equipment of international standards.

Photography- High-resolution / Full Frame Canon and Nikon cameras

videography- Sony Ex3, Ex5 canon 5d mark IV/ III, 70D or 80d equivalent.  ( we do not use any camera which is not high definition)

Aerial - DJI Phantom 3 Pro / 4

 

Q: Can packages be customized?

Yes, the packages can be customized.  The package prices mentioned are estimated prices and once you choose the package an exact price is quoted to you based on your requirements.

 

Q: Can I mix high definition video with normal to save cost ?

A- Due to technical reasons, it is not possible to mix the two.

 

Q: How do I make the payments?

65% advance is required to block and confirm the dates. remaining 35% is to be paid at the end of the first ceremony.

however, initially you can block a date by paying Rs. 50,000/- and pay the balance (remaining amount of 65%) 50 days prior to first event to avoid cancellation

Both cheque and cash are accepted and GST applies 12% on albums and 18% on others.

 

Q: How to confirm ?

Many people confirm the dates over the phone or an email. We may block the dates for you, but do not guarantee that your dates are blocked unless an advance is received. If someone else pays before you do, we may not be able to provide you the services. In other words, bookings are confirmed strictly on the basis of advance payments.

 

Q: Do you cover weddings out of Delhi NCR or India?

Yes, anywhere in this world. However, based on the location, special rates applies. A customized package is worked out based on the destination and requirement. Getting the visa is never a problem for any of the team members.

 

Q: I have received quotes from other photographers which are lower than yours?

Please do not compare prices in terms of quantity. Photographers may offer their services at a lower cost but it will certainly show in the quality of their work. For your project we involve only the best, be it the highly skilled photographers or the world class equipment. It's the talent and the skill you are paying for and not the number of cameras or lights used. So evaluate the photography and base your final decision on that and not just a lower cost.
